I'm the only product manager across two B2B products. OmmaSign is a cloud digital signage CMS with IoT device management, running on 50,000 screens. OmmaVQ is privacy-first personalized video infrastructure: I designed its MVP from scratch, and today enterprises such as Coca-Cola, Avon and Allianz deliver 1 million personalized videos a month through it.

I'm building AI automation across the product lifecycle with Claude, connected to Slack, Intercom, Mixpanel and Jira. It covers intakes and feedback, FRD iteration, documentation, communication and daily operations. Automating feedback capture and competitor analysis alone gives me back 5 hours every week.

I led the ommaworks.com rebuild, 66 days from kickoff to launch. I repositioned the company as an audience engagement platform and restructured the site to match. With AI doing the writing, our three-person team (me, a business sponsor and a technical sponsor) shipped more than 200 pages and 180,000 words. I also designed the marketing processes behind it and the HubSpot lead automation feeding the waitlist, gated downloads and contact form.

I launched our internal ERP for products, orders and invoicing. One shared system replaced manual tracking, shortened the path from sale to collection, and made forecasting more reliable.

I run agile planning, backlog refinement, training and demo sessions.
